How can I track my subscribers inquiries?
As your Internet business expands, you will soon have a number of web sites, campaigns and subscribers lists. Tracking your subscribers' inquiries will help you organize your work better, you will discover which sites bring you most of your subscribers, and you will know which campaigns need your special attention.
A subscriber can trigger your campaign via web form or pop-up on your site, and by sending an e-mail to your campaign's address.
To find out where your subscribers' inquiries come from you can use the following options:
This feature enables you to track where your subscribers' inquiries came from. So, for example, if you have several web sites, each with a different web form or pop-up, you will be able to easily check which site is generating the most subscriptions.
E-mails
To track where inquiries came from, your subscribers must put: REFxxx in the e-mail's subject line (where xxx is a 3 digit number).
Some people may forget to do it, but you can make it easy for them by using this mailto link:
Remember to change "campaignname" to your Campaign's name and "xxx" to your chosen 3 digit tracking number. If your subscribers forget to put REFxxx in the Subject: line, it will be displayed as "000".
Web-forms and pop-ups
You may also easily track inquiries sent via your website. All you need to do is to enter a chosen tracking number into the box provided on our Capture Wizard's site, when generating the code needed for your web form or pop-up.

Once a subscriber signs up via this web form or pop-up, the tracking number will be automatically assigned to his/her data on your subscribers list.
Tracking results
Your subscribers lists contain a REF column, so you can always estimate the number of subscribers with different tracking numbers, simply by viewing your lists.
You can also use your REF numbers for browsing your subscribers lists. Simply go to >> Subscribers >> Active/All Subscribers >> click on "Show Advanced Options" >> Sort Results By >> choose "Tracking Code (REF)". If you have already chosen your subscribers group and date range, click on "Search" to view results.
The tracking statistics are also displayed on the >> Subscribers >> My Subscribers >> Tracking site.
2. Email notifications
The most popular way to trigger the campaign is to send an email to its address. While most of your subscribers will send a simple blank email to request your autoresponder messages, some may also ask some questions in these emails. These messages require attention.
To have them automatically forwarded to you, simply put your email address into the box provided. Please go to >> Campaigns >> Campaign Settings >> choose a proper campaign >> choose "General" >> go to "Email Notifications" >> enter your email address >> select 'Forward email subscriptions' and click 'Save Settings'.
You can also be notified about each web subscription. Select 'Forward web subscriptions' to activate it.
3. Reports
Respond4Me can send you daily or weekly reports of your recently added subscribers. This email report will contain their names, email addresses and REF tracking numbers. This lets you monitor your account activity without having to log in.
To have your reports delivered, please go to >> Campaigns >> Campaign Settings >> choose a proper campaign >> choose "General" >> go to "Email Reports" >> type in the email address that you wish to have the reports to be delivered to >> choose to have them delivered "Daily" or "Weekly" and click on the "Save Settings" button.
